Recording Time after an Emergency Closing

After yesterdays events and as we head into the winter season I wanted to remind everyone about this section of the library’s Emergency Closing Policy:

“If the library closes for an emergency, all employees scheduled to work will be paid for hours scheduled. Employees using scheduled vacation time or other leave time will have their hours recorded as scheduled.”

In the event of an emergency closing – please record the hours you were scheduled to work or the leave hours you were scheduled to use, on your time card.
